We have created this privacy statement to demonstrate our firm commitment to you and your customers' privacy, and to disclose our information gathering and dissemination practices for this website.

This site gives you the ability to order pet identification tags from us on behalf of your customers. In so doing, we collect contact details and information from them about their pets, which we use to process and ship our tags directly to them. This is not an e-commerce site and your customers are not required to provide us with credit card or bank account information.

We request your customers' email addresses to enable us to contact them if we have queries regarding their orders, and to notify them when their tag has been dispatched. We may follow this up shortly after to ask if their tag has arrived, and to invite them to provide feedback. They are also invited to upload pictures of their pets wearing their tags to our Facebook page. Your customers are able to opt out of receiving any further emails from us. 

We do not share this information with any other companies, and we do not offer or promote products to them which may compete with the products you offer to your customers. In countries where we offer pet health insurance we may provide pet owners with information about our policies.

We may use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server, and to administer our Web Site.
